Side note: this can be done when using only java. But if you call the blocking dialog from C, then this approach will not work.
IMHO, i think that Google should have provided a way to let we make them process the events. This way, we could do (like in all other platforms): popup dialog while (events available && ! dialog closed) process events This would solve the problem with simplicity. regards guich
