Agreed, I think that the main purpose of the emulator is "emulate" not "emulate as fast as possible". My dev machine is much slower than yours (I have old laptop with Athlon 2.4 Ghz, 768MB RAM and Ubuntu 9.04 Janty). Now, with your help, I got ~25 FPS on emulator, and I think this is a good result. Of course, I should test it on real device and I'll do it. P.S.: I will share my .apk shortly... Best Regards, Andre
