Since starting to develop with the Android SDK, I have noticed that Hibernate on Windows 7 is failing to occur as expected.
I have figured out that the problem is ADB which evidently never stops running. If I first kill ADB, then hibernation works as expected. Has anybody else seen this problem? Does anybody have any suggestions as to how to fix this problem? (Having to remember to kill adb.exe whenever I walk away from my PC is not acceptable).
