Those questions are only relevant if you are making your own firmware or
handset. After all, the only way you *get* such a certificate is because
you are creating your own firmware or handset, and then you're largely in
control over the answers to those three questions.

FWIW, not that I have a vote, but I'd demand a LOT of valid use cases for
this before I would be convinced it's a good idea. Like, dozens and dozens
