Hi Everyone! I need some instruments for monitoring of starting new processes/ activities. There such permission as "android.permission.SET_ACTIVITY_WATCHER". Where can I find information about Activity Watcher ans it's functions?

And is there another instruments is Android platform, which can detect starting of application or change state of process and so on?
