Carlo, I think you are using different Android Market than the rest of us do. :D
Reason why I tried to set "Free" price to paid app was exactly what they have in AppStore - to promote your paid app you give it for free for 24 hours. Now all my buyers are screwed, because I had to unpublish the app and think of some other package for it, correct links in my trial version of this app and solve others nasty things this "experiment" brought.
