Just wanted to add my vote to this also. I have submitted our app to: - Ovi Store - Windows Mobile Marketplace - iPhone App Store - Samsung App Store (WM) - Android Market
And not to start a riot here, but all of the above has better functionality than the Android Market. Longer descriptions, more screenshots, better reports, possibility to get device ID, multiple versions of the same program ++. Before the summer of 2009 I received emails all the time about the expansion of Android Market but the last 9 months it's been all quiet. No new countries are being added to buy paid apps anymore. I've been hoping that it is due to a massive upgrade of the Android Market but after 9 months I am not so sure anymore. Could it be that Google wants the operators to run their own markets? Like Sony Ericsson (PlayNow) and Motorola are doing?
