Hi I filled out the form on Sunday 7th March and got a confirmation email on Thursday 11th March.
I am in the UK and I did receive an original Device Seeding email. Not sure if that info helps. It's nice to know that it might be shipped from Europe as it should cut down on the time to get here and maybe even some of the customs hassle.
