Here's one explanation: the 30% cut from your Market sales go to the carrier. So if there's no agreement with a carrier, there will be no sales. IMHO, Google should just keep the 30% in this case. That'd give the carrier a clear incentive to get their act together. But nobody asks me. :^) Back to the original topic, thanks for the tip about Optus. I'll check into that.
