Is there any way (the best way) to avoid this happening? I am using a ProgressDialog which has one cancel button. On clicking the cancel button I want to disable the cancel button and change the message to "Canceling...". That bit's easy.
Only once the cancellation has been fully processed do I want to dismiss the dialog. The only way I can think of is to use a custom layout but I would rather keep the default dialog look and feel (rather than trying to simulate it with my own code). -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Android Developers" group.
