Because Telcos like 3 in Australia, refuse to load their web pages
unless you connect via 3G. If you use WiFi, the page evetually just
times out. So, for instance, to check my account balance if I'm in a
WiFi area, I need to turn off the WiFi adapter to force it to go to 3G
for the page to load.
