Just called FedEx (because no reps were available for online chat - guess they all ran away). Well, the lady told me there is a package marked for pickup for delivery to my residence and I know I didn't purchase anything recently. So I guess this is it. She couldn't say who was shipping it because it has not been picked up yet - just that a tracking number has been reserved for my address.
