It is great that Google has this kind of programs, but I still disagree with their business practices. I been waiting 1 year+ and I still cannot sell my Application I develop for Android just because I am from Malaysia.
I rather they increase the countries where ANYONE can submit an App to their marketplace, that might be a better way to get more developers rather than these type of programs.
