Hey Brill, Long time no see! I have to completely agree with you on the FAIL -- this has been outstanding for quite some time. I was under the impression that once we were able to purchase apps from the market we'd also be able to sell; I paid my fee right away and became a registered Android developer... We can offer free apps but still can't sell. I suppose it was an error on my part making that particular connection between market and checkout, but I'm holding out and hoping this will be resolved in the near term.
