I highly doubt this is possible--seems like a huge security hole to me. And I don't believe the Android system has anything in place to allow you indirect access to its saved passwords (like the OS X Keychain). What would you need this info for anyway? If wifi is on, the wifi password is saved on the phone, and the wifi network is available, the system will connect to it automatically.
