Thanks for the suggestions Will and TreKing. I haven't tried the
DialogInterface onClick handler yet. I thought
OnItemLongClickListener might be a work around, but the following
onItemLongClick handler never gets called.

ArrayAdapter<CharSequence> adapter2 =
ArrayAdapter.createFromResource(
this, R.array.tangled_list_orders,
