Hello, This is regarding the DATA_ROAMING property given here: http://developer.android.com/reference/android/provider/Settings.Secure.html#DATA_ROAMING
What exactly does it mean to enable/disable data roaming ? If the user is roaming in the same access technology (say GSM), then handoffs will take place automatically.
