Did you get a response? I went ahead and sent them my strings.xml file and got a translated version back. If i change the localization settings on my phone (or in the simulator), the Chinese translation comes up without any problems.
I haven't yet done another build for them, but was planning to soon. As near as i can tell (not being much on Chinese), is that the goapk site is some Chinese specific Android website.
