There are many ways to track FC's. You need to just pick one and deal with it. As for testing that is what beta testers are for OR like I did mark your app as Beta. Competitors stealing ideas is normal so your best bet is to create an app that is unique or creates a niche. But like Mark says this does not belong here unless you have an app you need help with.
