If you changed over from a previous version make sure you delete your image file in (probably):
C:\Documents and Settings\YourName\Local Settings\Application Data \Android Delete the.img file and try again. I had issues with the old img file messing stuff up. If your background is the mountainscape then you have the wrong img from the previous version.
