Hi, One the "Update Sites to Visit" Dialog box that you get on selection of "Search for new features to install" do you see an option: "Graphical Editing Framework(GEF) Update Site" checked? If yes, uncheck it and try again. If you get the same error, click on the "Details" button on the error pop up, and let us know the full error.
