I just uploaded an Atom reader for android: http://code.google.com/p/atomoid/ . It's a simple implementation using kxml and allows you to attach handlers to mime-types so that you can read custom xml embedded within the feed. It's not a UI or application but rather a utility that allows you to point to a URL and get back object(s) containing the atom information. Apache License 2.0.
