There aren't any commercially available phones yet, as you yourself stated. If you search the interwebs and this forum though, you may find that some inventive people have ported Android to various devices. In those cases they went to the effort to port it on their own.
Also, the videos you see online are generally of Open Handset insiders demo-ing stuff, not available to the general public, yet.
