Yep, this is what we are all waiting to see. I don't think it is a good sign that one month before launch nobody seems to know how to get their app into T-Mobile's market. I'm hoping T-Mobile will release this info next week at their Android announcement; if not I think we are looking at the same old insider club that hampered J2ME adoption for small ISVs and individual developers. I'm really wanting this thing to be open.
