But if they've already granted the permissions to the app surely they should only be asked about new permissions needed for the new version (i.e. only having to approve a subset of permissions for an upgrade and the full permission set for a new install ). Having to re-approve all permissions for an application that the user has already approved them for doesn't sound all that user friendly to me.
