Short Answer.... it's not possible.

Firstly, the Android OS needs to be ported to your phone. It is not a
simple application that you run and your phone changes to an Android device.

You will probably need to watch out for some side projects where people
port versions of the Android OS to different phones (e.g. HTC Raphael
and HTC Touch Diamond).

Long answer:

write some drivers for your phones and port Android over yourself.
You'll need to know how to code drivers for linux, as well as a basic
understanding of how to port Linux kernels from->to hardware.

Hope that helps in some way.
