I finally got my paws on the new G1 this week. I like it ... a LOT. The ONLY thing preventing me from getting the Google G1 phone is its inability to record video from its 3MP camera. I am currently using a Samsung FlipShot (with Verizon service). I bought that phone specifically because of its 3MP camera and its ability to record video. The video resolution isn't great but it is certainly better than nothing (like the G1).
It would be GREAT if Google added video recording capability ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) to the Google G1 phone. (Hint Hint) A separate camera/video (physical) button would be nice also. Any help from the Google Collective would be appreciated.
