I'm using Windows XP 64 bit and I can't get any of my applications from Eclipse to my phone. I have the USB drivers installed and adb there, but the device just isn't recognized, even though the phone says `USB debugging connected`.
I'm guessing this is an issue with the 64 bit OS more than anything else, because on my laptop (Vista, 32b), after installing the USB drivers, the apps install to the phone without any other steps.
