After finding the time to peruse the new 2.2 admin code sample, something obvious seems to stand out. What's stopping someone from simply uninstalling the admin package? If I stole a phone I think the first thing I'd do is search for the most popular admin suites and adb.exe uninstall com.package.app.AdminPackage01 those suckers out.
Obviously if the package is burned into the ROM it wouldn't be uninstallable so I guess the admin policy apps are going to be coming exclusively from the manufacturers/carriers?
