I am working on a little project for logging network data. Probably i ´ve tried everything to get the neighboring cells. My Device is an Samsung i7500 with android 2.1 update 1.
Even when i am trying with other Programms, like Netmonitor from the Market, i never get any Neighboring cell. Is it possible that my Provider ( O2 Germany ) doesn´t allow other cells?
