The only thing I can is see is that you have string.xml in one place and
strings.xml in the other...
Your file should strings.xml with the "S"...Is that what you have?

OS: Windows 7 64 bit enterprise
Eclipse: Version: Helios Release
Build id: 20100617-1415
Installed 32 and 64 bit java latest version.
