Hi, As I understand it (and as Andrew also mentions); yes - you can put a donation link in your App.
However, you may not offer the user anything in return for the donation (i.e., no rewards), as that would amount to a sale and therefore be in violation of the TOS which require sales to go through the market payment processor.
