I have an application I was in the process of writing, while I learn how to write android applications, that is very much like the calendar widget. What I would like to know, is there a tutorial or document anywhere that would allow me to write an new event type so my application would fit into the Calendar application. I looked at the source for the Calendar and I am not currently able to write that by myself.
