I've lost whole day restarting eclipse, cleaning and rebuilding projects just in order to make errors reporting missing class references disappear. Without any success.
As I have projects divided in several working sets, I have a wild guess that these working sets might cause problems as well. Unfortunately, I have no time to explore this issue further.
