You've asked numerous questions now about latitude and longitude regarding
values from your server needing to match your local values.

I think you should really explain what you're trying to accomplish with
whatever you're doing and maybe someone can suggest a better way of going
about it. Because right now, after reading and responding to several of your
posts, I think you're doing something seriously wrong.
