I'm having a problem installing the SDK. I installed the SDK, Eclipse and the ADT for eclipse.
The first thing I tried to do (prior to even opening Eclipse) was open the emulator (path/tools/emulator.exe) just to check it out. It opens a cmd prompt for about half a second, then the process dies. Every time. Do I need to develop an application and execute it from Eclipse to get the Emulator to open properly? I was under the assumption that it was a standalone application. I've tried removing, uninstalling, etc. to no avail.
