Is the app installed with the debug key and now you're trying to install with a properly signed key? Solution is to perform an uninstall of the debug version first. You may need to reinstall the debug version in order to uninstall it.
When you perform an installation of the same application but with a different key, it only uninstalls the old app but not the old data. The old data stays associated with the old key.
