Kostya, it doesn't differentiate yet, but that's a good idea, and I will implement it.
Ken, if you click the link in my post, you can see my minSdkVersion is 3. If I send someone the APK, it installs on their device fine, but they cannot see it in the Market, which leads me to believe it's an issue with the Market. It's not showing up on 1.5 or 1.6 devices, and I've enabled all countries. I'd really like to get this solved.
