Hello Dear.
My name is Haymanot Minalu. I am From Ethiopia. I am learning Msc. in Computer
Engineering. Now I am a second year graduating class student. I finish my
courses and I got "A in all courses. I am doing thesis work entitled with
“Mobile Operating system feature Comparison and designing benchmark to evaluate
their performance”. My proposal was to compare security, power management,
multitasking and memory management features of android, symbian, Blackberry,
palm, iphone and windows mobile operating systems. And practically i will write
code that run in each type of emulators and find practical values that suports
my theoretical studying. The bench mark should measure memory, battery level,
time taken and checking security and multitasking features for each emulator
soft wares.
I download almost all emulators and I start writing code for android emulators.
But in the middle of my work I face problem and stuck. I thin reading battery
level and memory is possible in real devices non in emulators. That is what I
guess. My question to you is that if you have any recommendation I am really
eager to here from you. I am really worrying.
