I am using android:fadeScrollbars="true" to show the scrollbar only while scrolling. Works great. The only issue I seem to be having is that the view still allocates the space on the right side to display the scrollbar when I do scroll. I really wish this worked like iPhone where the scrollbar appeared over the top of the rest of the view and still allowed the view to use all available space when not actually scrolling.
