What website? I would say that it isn't even close to 1/6 of Android phones/users that find applications outside of the official Android Market. I guess it can get close to 1/6 if people first have seen the application on official Android Market, and then decides to buy it, and sees that they have to do it through another market. (And that will no longer be possible if I have understood it correct)
