Hi. Below are dimensions for the icons. They are dependent on where it should show up.
In any case, the icon sizes used in X10 mini and X10 mini pro are either 22px by 22px or 34px by 34px. It is even ok if you use larger icons since Android OS will scale down such icons but Sony Ericsson still recommends you to use icon sizes recommended in this document. If you use smaller icons when such icons are scaled up resolution will be lost and since the icon is entry point to your application it should look nice to user.
