I had a similar issue on XP Windows XP sun JDK 1.6 android-sdk_r06-windows Rational Software Architect 7.5.4 (IBM extension of Eclipse) The error was something like this (copied from another thread) [2009-02-10 09:10:32 - HelloAndroid] ------------------------------ [2009-02-10 09:10:32 - HelloAndroid] Android Launch! [2009-02-10 09:10:32 - HelloAndroid] adb is running normally. [2009-02-10 09:10:32 - HelloAndroid] Could not find HelloAndroid.apk! The problem was something to do with the keystore I tried messing with JDK versions, changing locale but I couldn't get it to work in RSA (Eclipse) The only way I could get it to work was to create and build project using cmd prompt which is a PITA.
