I see a huge problem with these sites that promote "all paid apps for $1.99" and the other similar offers from pirates profiting off the hard work of developers. LVL, if nothing else, will cause a decrease in this form of piracy. It's demoralizing for a developer to spend months of effort creating an app and expect to get a reasonable return on their investment and then see a bunch of unscrupulous websites selling their wares. LVL may not be a perfect solution but it's a huge step in the right direction.
