You can get a logcat from your phone, it's no different from testing
on the emulator.

If you are developing in Eclipse change to the Debug (or DDMS)
perspective as soon as you have launched your application.  If you are
not using Eclipse then run DDMS from the android/tools directory
before you launch your application.
