I have a video player application that I am trying to run on my moto droid with Froyo. When the user picks a particular video file for playback, the file picked is seen to have a filename with a prefix 'mnt' added to its actual name. This is causing a lot of problems within my application as I am further using these filenames for other functions of the app.
