Not Gonna Happen. Two reasons:
1. Java apps don't have the performance to become a Flash Player. 2. Google would have to add this to the OS itself. Since they already have an application platform, why would they? Now it is possible to build a Flash player in the iPhone native app platform but Apple's not going to approve it.
