HI All, I am facing problem in Froyo (Android 2.2), Network Time is not auto updating in date and time setting (using NITZ when Automatic option is enable) with some Service provider (Like BSNL and Reliance). but it's working fine with Vodaphone and Airtel.
And i observe based on LOG statement that Unsoliciated Command UNSOL_NITZ_TIME_RECEIVED is not getting called at the time of Android system boot-up time with some Service Provider (like BSNL, Reliance) but it's getting called when i insert the Vodaphone and Airtel SIM card. but not able to figure out that How this UNSOL_NITZ_TIME_RECEIVED command has been triggered? If anybody have any idea please help me? Also i willing like to know where i have to made change, is it in Kernel level or Framework level?
