Even if it's spam, if it's a good tool and it helps wanna-be developers create decent apps I don't see the problem. At least each response is tailored to the OP, not technically spam. It can be off-putting though, but you gotta make those sells.
Anyway, I don't know about everyone else, but I got started as a kid. Which means I started by writing bad or dirty code for years until it's refined. Android, usually requires at least SOME development background. It envelops a lot of concepts at once. As opposed to say a console/server/script applications in which you normally start, you start by solving somewhat trivial problems. Android, you have to learn layouts, threads, xml/json, etc. And that's just for the simple apps. It was a bit of a process to learn each of these technologies before I could have properly made an android app. I would say that it is because you lack this experience you haven't been able to find the answer to your questions.
