Hello everyone, I just need some confirmations. I have a device that has android 2.1 installed, and the packages that are included in that android os source code. Applications that I have, browser and aldiko (book reader), have only two orientations, the normal and one turn counter- clockwise. If I turn the device clockwise from its normal orientation, it does not turn that way. I would like to know if this behavior is dependent on the Android OS or on the particular application only? Because I have seen the browser on android 2.2 and it can be turned both clockwise and counter-clockwise from its normal position.
P.S. I have checked the default browser's code in the android 2.1 source code and it does not use the android.screenOrientation variable.
